Analesa BatShema (formerly Lisa Abby Berg) is a bridge-builder and syngergizer, weaving together the wisdom and beauty of many traditions through her art, songs, events and her joyful approach to life.
Through Shema Productions she inspires people by sharing her own journey of personal transformation and spiritual growth using her book, When Women's Wisdom Returns: A Journey of Self Recovery and Transformation Through Creative Journaling.
Influenced by her Grandpa, his best friend Ben Shahn and her Kabbalistic ancestors, she painted an art series, The Alphabet of Vibration TM which brings together her love of many mystical traditions through the lens of the Hebrew alphabet.
Analesa is an experienced facilitator of personal transformation, human potential and community circles. She applies these skills when creating Shema Production's welcoming retreats and events, virtually and in-person.
In addition, Analesa began her successful career as an international cross-cultural consultant in the 1980's while living for five years in Tokyo, Japan. To support people in our current global transition, she is interested in finding ways to more widely share her expertise in cross-cultural understanding and adjustment, conscious leadership and social artistry.
Analesa has traveled several spiritual paths over the years, coming back full circle to her Jewish roots, this time while tapping into her chassidic and mystical ancestry. Here she found a joyful, juicy and inclusive Judaism she had not known before. It is from this spirit Analesa shares her own teachings which she offers to people of all faiths to share and enjoy.
Analesa holds degrees in Voice and Music Therapy, Social Work, and Transpersonal Psychology. Her articles are featured in numerous psychology, health and consciousness magazines.
Analesa BatShema is excited to live in Lenox, Massachusetts, where she is surrounded by art, music, friends local and worldwide who share her excitement and enthusiasm for the possibility of humanity to create new ways of being together in these exciting times.
