Connecting to Source through song, silence and creativity in many forms is a great way to start the morning.
We will gather three times a week, Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays for 15 minutes. After chanting together for five minutes, we will have silent time to luxuriate in the energy. You will be invited to send positive thoughts to our planet and all living beings. The chants will be popular Jewish renewal chants, chants from other traditions or original chants written by Analesa.
We will share briefly with one another before closing and going about our day with a renewed sense of joy. Feel free to bring drawing papers and materials to the phone call in case you want to add some mindful artwork to your practice.
Create a Visionary Collage to Energize Your 2012

What’s in store: After a short meditation, you will be guided to the magazine pictures that best reflect your path for the upcoming year. Create a personal, visual symbol to take home. You’ll be amazed at the support it will provide. Feel free to bring photos of yourself, loved ones, spiritual guides or anything else you might want to include. Sparkles will be provided.

Analesa has hosted joyful circles that focus on meaningful questions for several years both in the United States and abroad. Join her in an intimate home setting to practice these skills for yourself. Come together in conscious, sacred and respectful ways over time with others so we can build a "field" to support us as we move forward, thriving in these transformational times.
We will gather every month in circle practice around a core question:
How will we, as humans being, repattern ourselves to create and activate the new story?
